At Twelve Stones Naturals, each offering is handcrafted with care and intention. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once orders have been processed and shipped.

Damages & Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at hello@twelvestonesnaturals.com

Include:

• A brief description of the issue

Order Changes & Discount Codes

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Once an order is placed, we’re unable to:

• apply or adjust discount codes

• modify items

• cancel completed orders

Our products are made with natural ingredients and are best preserved with proper care.

To maintain quality:

• Store in a cool, dry place

• Avoid direct sunlight and excessive heat

• Keep lids tightly sealed between uses

• Avoid introducing water into jars or containers

Because of the natural composition of our products, we are unable to replace items that are:

• Improperly stored

• Exposed to heat or moisture

• Altered after delivery
